What is the Colorado River Water Availability Study?

Colorado River Water Availability Study (CRWAS) is a multi-phase study to determine how much water from the Colorado River Basin System is available to meet Colorado's future water needs under alternate hydrologies. A number of documents have been generated as part of this study and are listed below.
